WHAT BEN AFFLECK SAID
Yes, artificial intelligence is clever (very!) but his take on it is great. I think it applies to lawyers too!

AI can write you an excellent immitative verse … but it cannot write you Shakespeare. The function of having two actors or three or four actors in a room and the taste to discern and construct that is something that currently entirely eludes AI’s capability and I think will for a meaningful period of time
What AI is going to do is disintermediate the more labourious less creative and … more costly aspects of fim making

I WOULD ARGUE THAT YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT YOUR LAWYERS LIKE THIS TOO
You shouldn’t engage lawyers because they can draw down a document and fill in some boxes - but you should engage lawyers because we discern and construct things of real value to you. That might be crafting a process to make your business model legal or creating the right words and the right time in your sales process and contracts to take away as much deal friction as possible. That’s what matters, that’s the movie scene you should look for.
